You will love the air cleaning product you buy from Allergy Air Purifiers or return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund (this offer excludes open replacement filters). Just make sure to keep all packaging and materials until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return for whatever reason then follow the simple instructions below and our system will provide you with an RMA number and email status updates for your return. It's that easy and hassle-free.
To initiate a return, use our contact form or send an email to returns@AllergyAP.com so we can issue you a return authorization (RMA) number and email with a few steps to complete the process. Then just return the product to us and we'll provide you with a refund.
Please include the following in your email:
- Order Number (5XXXXX), if available.
- First and Last name
- Name or item# of product(s) you would like to return
- Reason for return
Free Exchange
You may elect to exchange a product within the first 30 days of delivery for another product at no charge. All we ask is that you send it back to us in Like New condition with all the original packaging and materials. Please limit (1) free exchanged item per customer. Additional charges will apply for expedited delivery.

Once your item is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your new order including any charges (+) or refunds (-) that need to occur as a result of the exchange. Include the following information in your email:

Name or item# of product you would like to return
Reason for return
Item# of product you would like to receive as part of the exchange

The following products are not returnable:
