All orders over $150 receive free shipping!
Standard Shipping
Orders normally process and ship within 1-2 business days after you place an order. Shortly after placing an order you will receive a tracking number and link to the carrier so you know exactly when to expect your new product.
The estimated time to receive your items using Standard shipping is 4-7 business days, but could be sooner depending on your location.
Be sure to keep all PACKAGING/MATERIALS for all products ordered until you decide you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping cost calculator is provided to you in the shopping cart and is automatically calculated as an option during checkout. Click “Calculate shipping cost” in your cart and enter the shipping State and Zip Code to get exact rates.
Expedited orders are given higher priority in the warehouse and usually ship the same or following business day. Your order should arrive in 2-4 business days when selecting this option. If our shipping carrier fails to deliver your items by the 5th business day after the day you placed your order then you can request a refund of the shipping amount paid. This is our expedited shipping gurantee.

AK & HI
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires a surcharge for delivery due to the size and weight of many items we carry. You can place an order through our website and our customer care team will follow up with you by phone or email to discuss the options available to you. If you prefer to get a shipping quote prior to placing an order then use our contact form or email customer@AllergyAP.com to obtain a shipping quote.

Cancellation Policy
If you placed an order with AllegyAirPurifiers.com and wish to cancel all or part of your order then please contact us immediately. Items normally ship out very quickly from the warehouse, so there’s a limited window of opportunity to cancel your order, but we will try our best in order to meet your request. If we are unable to stop your shipment in time then you will receive a full refund once the item is returned to us less shipping costs both ways.
