Blueair 403 HEPA Air Purifier

About the filtration
The Blueair 403 airflow pattern is simple; in one direction and out the other. As polluted indoor air is pulled in through the back of the Blueair 403, it's filtered through the HEPA filter media trapping and destroying fine particles, allergens and much more down to 0.1 microns in size. The purified air moves through the front of the unit by a quiet brushless direct current (BLDC) motor and fan circulating clean air throughout the room.

The standard HEPA filter by Blueair provides superior protection against allergens and fine particles down to 0.1 microns in size, 99.97% of the time. For those looking to also eliminate gases, strong odors, smoke from cigarettes and cigars, paint fumes, chemical smells and/or volitile organic compounds (VOC's) then look no further then the SmokeStop filter option. The SmokeStop filter option is Blueair's standard HEPA filter combined with 2-6 pounds of activated carbon depending on the model; a generous amount by air purifier standards.
