Blueair 650E HEPA Air Purifier

About the filtration

The Blueair 650E airflow pattern is multi-directional; in in through the bottom and sides and out through the top and sides. As polluted indoor air is pulled in through the bottom of the Blueair 650E, it's filtered through the HEPA filter media trapping and destroying fine particles, allergens and much more down to 0.1 microns in size. The purified air moves up through the unit in three directions by a quiet brushless direct current (BLDC) motor and fan pushing clean air towards the room in three directions.

The standard HEPA filter by Blueair provides superior protection against allergens and fine particles down to 0.1 microns in size, 99.97% of the time. For those looking to also eliminate gases, strong odors, smoke from cigarettes and cigars, paint fumes, chemical smells and/or volitile organic compounds (VOC's) then look no further then the SmokeStop filter option. The SmokeStop filter option is Blueair's standard HEPA filter combined with 2-6 pounds of activated carbon depending on the model; a generous amount by air purifier standards.
